    Step 1

    3 In the Reset Internet Explorer settings section, check the Delete personal settings box, then click on Reset.

    * Mozilla Firefox
    1 Open Firefox, click the Firefox button, go to the Help sub-menu, and select Troubleshooting Information.

    2 Click the Reset Firefox button in the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.

    3 Then click Reset Firefox in the confirmation window that opens. Firefox will close and be reset.

    1. Exit Google Chrome completely.
    2. Enter the keyboard shortcut Windows key(between Ctrl and Alt) + E to open Windows Explorer.
    3. In the Windows Explorer window that appears enter the following in the address bar.

    1. I’m attempting to remove the extra host file, but when I go to save the changes, Windows is telling me I don’t have permission to save in this location, contact admin. I AM the admin, I double checked! What am I doing wrong?

        You can create a new host files by copy and paste the default host files and then
        name it as “host”. After that, please rename your old files to backup.

    2. I’ve done all of these stepsnseveral times and I still have the popups for static.austrailianbrewingcompany. Is step 3 for Chrome complete?

        If you have Google Chrome installed on your computer and experience the pop-ups,

        please open Google Chrome, click on Chrome menu button. Go to Tools → Extensions, check carefully if there is any malicious toolbar installed, if you find any, please make sure to remove it. Then your problem will be fixed.

            Could you please go to check your host files if there is any suspicious with the tips listed above?

      • In the User Data folder, look for a file named as “Default” and rename it, such as default-backup etc…
        Launch Google Chrome and a new “Default ” file will be created.
