  1. Wow. I too just want to thank you. Your instructions were simple and I was easily able to follow them. I am down to your last step and I hope and trust it will work. I think my problem with not being able to remove saving bull was that it was also under chrome and I think I just removed it from internet explorer. I am hoping this is the problem. I went through each of your steps and as I am typing this I am running Anvi Smart Defender. It has already found 8 items and is not even at mid point. Thank you for taking the time to inform us.       You said that you the savings bull extension exit still on your Google Chrome. Can you remove it successfully and it come back again after you remove it? Or you can not remove it, the disable button is grey?

        I cannot find SavingBill/GetSavings in my Control Panel, but I found it in my extensions.I deleted it a few days ago,but now the ads are back and I don’t what to do.

HI, its not on the tool bars, not in my programs, not in my processes, I’ve tripled checked by restarting my computer. none of my ad aware, virus, malware, or spy-bot programs can find it. my cc cleaner cleans my comp junk files on a daily basis. and i run all my programs on start up and before i go to bed. on a regular basis, separately.

      Sometimes, you will get the savings bull pop-up if you get another adware program on your computer, such as scropin saver or anything else. Please check carefully if there is other adware programs and make sure to uninstall them.

  4. i found it on my control panel but every time i click delete it tries to load something but then nothing happens help windows 8
