  1. Save Saver keeps coming back as an extension on Google Chrome, even if I delete it. How can I resolve this problem ?

    • Hi,

It sounds like you have Sync enabled. Check your Synch settings: Menu button -> Settings, Advanced Sync settings will be near the top.

Either disable Sync, or after uninstalling the apps/extensions that you don’t want, perform a manual sync to propagate your settings to your Google account. Make sure to enable Sync (and/or perform a manual one) on your other systems afterwards.

  2. I have no remains in my pc of safesaver (I already cleaned, removed extensions, etc), but still I have advertising on google, the first 2 to 4 results are sorounded by a yellow mark that says “adds by safesaver”, how can I solve it?

    • Hi Juan,

Please check carefully if there is any other similar extension installed on your computer and web browser. If you find any, please make sure to remove them all.

By the way, if you have any problem and can not identify what kind of web extension is malicious, please let us know.
